I have seen the letter (and of course left it on my desk at work!) From what I remember of it, it is not very impressive. I will definitely have to read through it and see what questions I have remaining (and trust me there are a LOT!)
Hopefully I can get them answered tomorrow or Thursday.
Oh....and my starting date is "on or around October 15" which means I have 3 weeks to prepare myself and hopefully get a work permit from the AMS.
